Denis Dudas completed his MSc in Medical Physics at the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2017, where he also earned his PhD in 2022 with a thesis focused on the development of novel photon-counting detectors for radiation oncology. During his PhD, he held an internship at CERN within the LHCb collaboration and completed his Medical Physicist Expert (MPE) residency. As part of IAEA-supported projects, he contributed to the establishment of radiotherapy departments in several developing and low-income countries. Following his PhD, he joined the Moffitt Cancer Center as a postdoctoral researcher, working on AI-driven outcome modelling and adaptive radiotherapy. Since 2025, he is a member of the LMU ART Lab.
