George Dedes is Privat Dozent (PD) and Faculty at the Department of Medical Physics of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, since 2013. He also teaches various courses for the Medical Physics curriculum of the Faculty of Physics. His research is focused on radiation therapy of cancer, medical imaging and Monte Carlo methods for radiation transport. George Dedes will be a guest scientist and a trainee in clinical medical physics in the Department of Radiation Oncology, starting from 2025.
