George Dedes is currently Director of Radiation/Medical Physics Research at the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center and Adjunct Associate Professor at Louisiana State University (LSU) and Loma Linda University (LLU). His research is focused on radiation therapy of cancer, medical imaging and Monte Carlo methods for radiation transport. He was a visiting scientist at the LMU ART Lab in 2025-2026.
