Elia Lombardo obtained his BSc in Physics from Heidelberg University in 2018, carrying out the thesis at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg. In 2020 he obtained his MSc in Physics at LMU Munich, with a thesis on AI methods for head & neck cancer outcome prediction carried out the Department of Radiation Oncology of the LMU University Hospital. He is currently doing his PhD on AI based motion tracking and management in MR-guided radiotherapy. In 2024 he officially became a Medical Physicist.
